Another study proving that supplements cannot replace a healthy diet! In this study, researchers found that the amount of resveratrol you get from drinking 1 glass of wine (about 1 cluster of grapes) provides more anti-cancer protection than from concentrated resveratrol supplements. Try making grape kebabs or freezing grapes for a delicious anti-inflammatory snack!
